This DIY timber garden room with roof canopy is a modern looking garden building with an innovative design. Ideal for a garden office, studio or just shelter from the rigours of life, this room is the ultimate in quality and design .

The walls are constructed from 56mm thick Quick Fit glue laminated timber panels which are incredibly weatherproof and stable. Being made from laminated timber this means a smooth finish on the surface with the added benefit of being more stable and generally free from cracks and fissures. The wall panel design also means construction can be quick and efficient. Laminated timber also has very good fire resistance and heat insulation properties helping to keep your garden room warmer for longer at lower cost when heated.

This DIY timber garden room with roof canopy can be bought with either a 4.0 sqm canopy or 8.0 sqm canopy depending on requirements. Other features include superior “living house” quality windows and doors, double toughened glass (4-18-4mm)f or extra warmth, 19mm roof and floor boards plus a venetian screen for that modern look.

For roofing material you can either use standard felt or superior EPDM rubber roofing. These can be selected from the optional extras. For a comprehensive and long lasting roofing solution we would recommend the EPDM. This cabin is supplied untreated so you will need to apply a preservative stain or solid paint once it has been constructed. What is included in the price? All prices cover free UK mainland delivery and VAT.
